Orders are shipped by Australia post and will take 2-3 business days to be delivered anywhere in Australia.
To make an exchange:
To exchange your purchase, please place your new order and return the exchange item promptly. You will be notified when the exchange is processed.
To make a return:
We will happily give you a refund if the item is returned unused and in it’s original condition, within 14 days of the date of invoice. Any returns must be in their original packaging, with all tags attached, unwashed, unworn and with no lingering odours. All you have to do is email us that you are returning an item and the reason for the return.
All refunds will be processed within 24 hours of return of goods. Items returned to us must be by a secure and traceable service.
Freight charges, exchanges and returns:
Customers are responsible for freight/postage charges on returns and exchanges. Our delivery charge to you is a flat rate of AUD $9.50 anywhere within Australia per order. For overseas orders please advise country of destination for a quote on delivery.
If, by a remote chance, we send you the incorrect item, we will send you a prepaid satchel to return the goods.
It is unlikely that an item with a fault will be sent to you. But if by some chance something slips through, please return it within 14 days and we will replace it for you, or give you a credit for the item.
- If items are returned dirty or marked, we will withhold a cleaning charge.
- A refund will not be given for items damaged or worn.
- We accept no liability for items lost when returned to us.
- Sale items are not refundable. A credit only will be given.
